I promised to share a little bit more about my favourite artists from my NYC trip but I also wanted to include some amazing local artists from new exhibitions during Gallery Weekend Toronto. If you haven’t already noticed, I never stick to just one medium or idea. I choose works because they pull me in visually, conceptually, and they bode connection. You can collect for investment, because it’s in fashion or you have a space to fill but the greatest joy in art (for me) is the ability for connection.

Great relationships build great collections.
